An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a professional service required during the planning phase of a project and involves determining the potential impact that the proposed development could have on the environment. It assists in mitigating the negative impact and enhancing the positive impact as well as identifying the social and economic impact of the proposal.
We conduct Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) & Environmental Management Plans (EMP) for new developments in sensitive environments such as rivers, wetlands, mountains, catchment areas, for developers, engineers, municipalities, government departments and private companies. The work could either entail a full scoping EIA for larger projects, or a basic assessment report for a smaller ones.
